Shipping Time and Delivery FAQ:

We have a team of awesome humans in our warehouse that pick, pack, and ship each order by hand.....our shipping team works Monday-Friday.

Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to ship & get a tracking numbers emailed. (Express orders will go out ASAP) Quick heads up tho....it's the tracking number, not your order delivery itself.

If order changes need to be made please make them ASAP by emailing team@polarclub.ca with your order # in the subject line.

If your order doesn't ship in 10 business days there is likely a problem with your shipping address, please check your spam folder as our customer service team will reach out if our shipping system tags your address as problematic. If you don't see anything please email us asap at team@polarclub.ca.

 

Shipping prices are based on delivery location and order size.

Free Shipping?

We only offer free shipping over $100 for domestic orders in Canada. With international orders we are still subsidizing a large portion of the cost after you pay for shipping. 

Do you ship outside the Canada?


Please allow 1-2 days for processing and 7-14 days for delivery on all international orders. Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. Exact rate depends on order weight and destination. Does not include duties and taxes due upon delivery.
